We only smoke cheddar that has been aged and matured for great lengths of time before the smoking process as this provides the optimum chance to fully permeate the cheese with our delicious flavoured smokes.
Our smoked cold water prawns are sourced from the cold north Atlantic seas where the prawns are both cooked and frozen at sea. This is done in order to provide you with the freshest cooked prawns possible. Our prawns come shell on as this is the best way to smoke them and preserve there magnificent flavour!
