The cheese used for our smoked stilton is a Tuxford and Tebbutt. A soft creamy cheese, mellow both in texture and in flavour. Truly one of the best remaining stilton's, being made since 1780 in Melton Mowbray Leicestershire. Be sure to take in the heritage and taste when you eat this fine cheese.

Serving Suggestions:

One of the finer cheeses to enjoy on it’s own with a glass of port or maybe as part of a selection on a cheese board. A perfect crumbling cheese for topping pasta dishes or even topping in a beef steak burger either crumbled in the bun or sliced and grilled on top.  Stilton can be used for pates and even some exquisite salad recipes!

Stilton will be delivered with a refrigerated courier. Items ordered should arrive with in 48 hours unless express delivery is paid for in advance. If items have not arrived with in designated time please get in touch. For delivery costs please see our delivery page.

Portions and orders:

We try to portion oak smoked stilton to as close to 250 grams as possible but due to hand slicing we cannot guarantee perfect sizes so for the benefit of our customers of our customers to stop you paying more than you should we charge per kilo. For this reason we ask that you make your order using the request form on the contact page. And we will get back yo you with a cost before delivery. If you wish for over sized or undersized then please request so and we will do our best.
