Our smoked fresh garlic is smoked using only big bulbs as we find that the bigger the surface are the better the smoke is allowed to permeate the garlic. Even with oak smoked garlic can be found to have a certain sweetness to the usually savoury taste. Cold smoked garlic has a longer lasting shelf life than that of a hot smoked garlic.
Perfect for all the usual garlic uses but with an extra quality about the dish. You can roast these whole garlic’s on there own with a drizzle of olive oil or roast them in a dish with meat juices for a good quality roast gravy. On top of this you can use these for all thing home made from pasta dishes dips and sauces to marinades and dressings too.
